How to Apply for Hardship Support

If you are having difficulty meeting your loan or credit card repayments, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the right support options for you. Simply let us know:

• Verbally – by speaking with our staff in branch or over the phone.
• In writing – by sending us a letter explaining your situation.
• By email – by emailing care@swsbank.com.au
