Dear valued Members,
We have reached an exciting milestone in our proposed merger with Regional Australia Bank.
The Due Diligence process has been completed and submitted for regulatory approval by APRA. It is expected that this process will take up to six months.
What does this mean for members?
During this time, both organisations will continue to operate independently. There will be no changes to your experience with SWSbank.
Where to next?
Subject to relevant regulatory approvals, we will be asking our members to vote to approve the merger and to support us in bringing these two community focused banks together as one strong entity.
We will continue to keep members aware of progress as we work towards this important member vote.
