SWSbank (SWS) advises members that nominations for the election of Directors are open from 9:00am on Thursday 10th July 2025.
In accordance with the SWS’ Constitution, Directors Elke Cleverdon, Kevin Cloake and Timothy Findlay must retire at the 2025 AGM and may offer themselves for re-election for a further term.
All nominees are required to be a member of SWS and will be subject to a review by the Nominations Committee to assess each nominee against standard ‘Fit and Proper’ requirements.
Any candidate must have at least one of the following skill sets, to meet the skill requirements of the Board for the 2025 Director Election:
- Accounting and/or Audit qualifications
- Risk Management
- Corporate Governance
- Cyber Security
- Marketing
Members are advised that nomination packs are available upon request and can be collected from and returned to our Young, Cootamundra, West Wyalong or Temora branches or by phoning (02) 6384 1111.
Nominations will close at 12:00pm on Friday 1st August 2025.
Members are also advised that the 2025 AGM will be held at the registered office, 89 Boorowa Street Young, on Thursday the 20th November 2025 commencing at 5:30pm.
